Came crashing down on the same day unfortunately it was that same day that Carrie did the big live stream with Dr chaffy and a couple other uh notable big names in the carnivore community and I miss that live stream I feel so bad about that still um we just had some

Things come crashing down all at the same time couple things still dealing with a little bit but it’s uh I’m doing good um still on Carnivore 100% it had nothing to do with carnivore or going off carnivore um I’ve been loyal for over six months just uh just a couple life things

That I’m getting straightened out but uh doing good uh just just right out of the gate because I keep seeing it in my Monitor here big shout out to Sandra from one hope for all sent me these beautiful stained glass beautiful stained glass Owl and the and the sunflowers there so gorgeous

Thank you so much Sandra um I lost the little chain mail or the chain mail the little chain that holds up the owl so I got to find that I have no idea how I lost that but absolutely breathtakingly beautiful stained glass I love stained

Glass and love owls we got a lot of owls in Alaska and the sunflowers but anyway oh boy it seems like I haven’t made a video in two months instead instead of two weeks uh for those of you who are watching for the first time um I started

The carnivore diet just over 6 months ago 6 and a half months ago now uh I was pushing 700 lbs between 650 700 uh just lost a bunch of weight I found thre a you have to go back and watch my videos I’ve got a couple dozen

That because I had some some nerve damage and nerve damage takes a long time to heal if ever you know if you’re lucky enough to get healing from nerve damage it takes it can take years to heal uh boy there’s just so much um for those of you who’ve been following me

Along for the last 6 months you you know the story but to the new people um so much has happened and carnivore has just turn my life around the proper way of eating you know can really turn your life life around from hopelessness and depression to getting your life back and

Having hope when you cut out all those toxins and poisons that uh people just stuff in their system every day but anyway uh I have uh I got my for those of you who’ve been following me I got my rebounder in haven’t had a chance to put

It together yet because it just came in yesterday late yesterday evening and my elliptical was supposed to be delivered at the same time and it never showed up I did bust out my the new vibration plate courtesy of the incredibly kind Richard the co-founder and owner of Life

Proo who uh miraculously saw one of my videos maybe a month or so ago where I initially used one of his vibration plates and it was just changed my life changed the took my I was having terrible terrible leg pain muscle cramps and stabbing pains on my skin it all had

To do with my cloged lymphatic system just dealing with incredible pain and through a a series of miraculous events um Providence that’s one of my favorite words to use because that’s a miraculous thing Providence meant to be you know kind of thing um I discovered the uh the

Vibration plates used it for the first time and it was just it was miraculous it was absolutely miraculous was diminish my pain almost immediately I was I went from terrible terrible leg pain to painfree almost the entire night the very first time I used that vibration plate um and I’ve been using

Regularly no I was talking about getting a mountain bike I got a mountain bike and hopefully my brother Jared will be picking that up tomorrow maybe today but I think it’s going to be ready tomorrow uh a big uh I call my fat guy mountain bike this a mountain bike that can

Handle you know 4 or 500 lb but I feel obviously I’m not ready to ride that yet but hopefully in 6 months the summer I will be ready to ride that mountain bike which I haven’t I haven’t written ridden a mountain bike in 25 years 20 years I grew up riding bikes

Like I mentioned in my last video grew up on bikes and uh just have a great passion for biking especially mountain biking haven’t done it in decades and I finally got a uh about a mountain bike and so I’m so excited I’m going to set that over by my

Uh between my wood stove and my Toyo stove and so I can just sit here and look at it as a as a goal you know as a just get me pumped up and keep me on the path and hopefully be ready to use that

By the summer so I am so excited and you know all of this that’s been happening to me the my bike and uh the rebounder oh on my bed I’m sitting on my new bed my purple my purple mattress and my purple uh adjustable frame electric

Frame I’m going to be I showing you I’ll be showing you guys a clip of that of the boy setting it up and me using that for the first time but all of this my bed and the bike and the elliptical and the rebounder and everything else the

Size of beef that I’ve been buying it is all 100% it all happened because of this incredible Comm community and the Miracle the miracle that happened to Michael fundme a few months ago it I I’m still like it’s it’s months later and I’m still in shock about it and so

Thankful so thankful to this incredible Community the way that they reached out and helped me and made all these big Life Changes possible for me so I thank you again everyone who made that possible it was a life-changing thing your help really uh literally changed my life and made all these incredible things

Possible so thank you again but all right let’s get the show started I think I want to have another little cooking segment too but it’s just it’s just bacon wrap Burger something I already showed you guys couple months ago um but I just I love making them I’m like well

I want to film myself making them again and show it because the last time I did those bacon wrap burger videos I’ve got like a thousand new subscribers maybe more 1,500 new subscribers since then so I’m going to show my bacon wrap B Burgers again super simple super delicious um so

Let’s uh get to the bed footage and I go apologizing again uh somehow this bed footage turned out to be like 11 12 minutes long I didn’t mean for it to be so long I really should have cut that down to just two or three minutes so

Got screwing on the legs getting closer yeah that looks like it’ll be the right size by the time I get the mattress onag this head back up first I mean like dead yeah Like enough to hold all right we got the whole bed tore out that was filthy unbelievable Mayhem for the last 2 hours pretty crazy huh Daisy the boys are grabbing the mattress now it’s in the other house opened it up over there a couple days ago to give it a couple days

Of proper expansion time got the purple protector outer uh protector cover slap on there and I should be back in bed probably within 30 minutes should be in our new bed what do you think Daisy you going underneath our new bed frame for the first time what do you think

Ping sheets on it on well I thought that was the sheet no that’s protector protector no that we may have taken out oh it turns out we don’t have a queen siiz fitted sheet so we’re going to use a com King king-size comforter temporarily a couple new memory foam pillows

Bit it’s definitely different it’s definitely a different feel than my last mattress but I think I like it I was fully fully prepared to hate it but just because so many people say you really got you have to get used to these mattresses like 80% of people when they

First sit or lay in a purple or sleep on a purple they don’t like it at first but after couple two three four weeks they end up loving it so I was prepared not to like it but my first initial thought is it’s nice and having this

Beginning of time but things are being escalated everything is just at levels breaking never before seen you know from the weather to to the wars and the rumors of wars uh just everything that’s happening is uh at levels never before seen so um it is prudent to try

To my suggestion is to pray pray for discernment that ask ask our father in Heaven to be able to see the truth about what’s going on in the world and to be inspired to prepare both physically temporally spiritually and and be ready so you and your family uh no matter what happens

Good or bad will always be ready be kind to one another go out of your way to go out of your way to help each other do random acts of kindness look at what JT and uh and Carrie are doing going going out to those complete

Strangers um and asking if they can cook them a beautiful dinner you know who does that and I mean that in a good way you know if if more people did that this world would be a far better place it’s just a beautiful incredible thing showing acts of kindness to complete

Strangers because the reality is we’re not strangers we are all spiritual literal spiritual brothers and sisters of Our Father in heaven we are all connected and um one of the big reasons that we’re here in this world is to help each other and be kind to each other the

World will tell us especially lately you know be selfish and look out for yourself and uh you are the most important one now other people are the most important just like the Savior said you know when you have done the least of these things

I was hungry and you fed me I was naked and you clothed me you know um when you’ve done the least of these to my servants and what he’s saying is when you’ve helped other people it is the same as helping the Savior himself that’s a big deal that is an incredible

Miraculous big deal so uh be kind to one another and go out of your way to help each other and help complete strangers it carries a lot of weight anyway I love you guys I appreciate you guys I cannot thank you enough for the incredible kindness of this
