The pants turn onto the main road does rather re-enforce that the driver was prioritizing holding onto their phone over and above their ability to drive. Therefore regardless of whether they were using while in motion it was having a clear negative impact on their ability to drive. And that's even before we get to the risks associated with stationary use. Hopefully he'll learn from the points…… Sometimes the penny drops.

Phone abuse is (almost) standard practice with the entitled drivers of Chelsea Tractors, they seem to have the feeling that they are free to do whatever they want, but they are so very wrong.
They will only find-out that even they have to follow the traffic-rules, and a magistrate will hopefully helped by Mikey's footage, serve these entitled drivers with a hefty fine and the loss of 6 points, for Mr. BS.

It might not look like much to some people, but when someone pulls out of corners tightly like he did, it's frightening if you're the one in the other lane.

I don’t think I could drive very well at all, holding a phone in my right hand, even if I wasn’t actually looking at it. Probably explains it in jerkiness of the driving: you can’t drive that smoothly with only one hand on the wheel.

We all agreed, when we got our licences, to do and not do things that the people who control the roads said on penalty of not being allowed to do it any more.

I just got a £310 fine for my road tax expiring and forgetting to renew it for 7 months .

Is the scooter at the end also breaking the law? driving past the white line at that traffic light. Surely scooter are not allowed to do that.. I thought the rule was to stay behind the lead car at the lights. seeing as you were waiting there, he should stop behind you. ( please correct me if i am wrong, as it has been a while since i was a uk resident and even longer since my motor biking commute into and out of london every day)
