The best way to visit a country is by bycicle. Not too fast and not too slow. You experience your journey in an intense way. You feel the climat, you smel the landscape and you you are a part of it. Great video. I saw my first spoonbill a couple of weeks ago. They are not very common where I live on the west coast of Australia. Too dry. It is amazing to me that The Netherlands can be fairly densely populated but you seem to find the quiet tracks.
You cover plenty of ground and through some nice countryside too. Nice 🙂
How did your new bike work out? I built a similar bike but with the Surly LHT frame – last summer's covid project.

NL is cycling Nirvana. No where is this good or easy to ride a bike. Is it too easy?
