DN65 front passenger not wearing a seatbelt. Child in rear seat nearside, white T shirt shirt, not wearing a seatbelt. Small child in rear seat wearing a blue jacket is seen sitting but then slides forward and is seen sitting in the footwell. I hope the courts could still take action against the driver/ parent.

Smoking in a car with children also illegal
I have no problem with people smoking weed BUT I do have a problem when they are in a car, other people can be affected by it ESPECIALLY THE CHILDEREN but also the driver who is now Drug Driving.
Hopefully their ability as parents is also looked at…..possible spliff, driving in a car already taped up whilst on the phone. Joke.

No seatbelts, smoking with kids in the back is also illegal, smoking cannabis makes it even more illegal- model parents, should have had 12 points and a £2000 fine + at the very least a suspended sentence.
