What an awesome product to help with getting rid of rust on steel products!
Little walk through here so I just wanted to share how good this product is the Rustoleum rust dissolving gel this is about a day after it’s been applied it’s been eating away at the rust here I didn’t really get any on this area but uh this is chromed I actually have some
Parts that I already cleaned up and I’m going to clean this up for you in front of you and we going to see how good these things come out so let’s do it so we’re going to clean this up it uh does have some denser
Rusty areas on it and uh that will take some kind of scouring I’m just going to use the tip of a screwdriver to get the most of that off but let’s wipe it down with some some spray quick get all that uh rust dissolving gel off of it you’ll
See that’ll liven it up right away too cuz this is like a remnants of whatever is left from that cleaning solution or that uh rust dissolving gel rather but uh this side’s got quite the amount of it so scour It Off thicker rust just going to scrape away at that just lightly
Pushing underneath it looks like most of the Chrome’s in real good shape so that rust dissolving gel helps significantly loosen up this stuff take a look at that a little bit of scraping from the screwdriver but making that rust lift really really easy so let’s do some more
Here and uh get some of that done and then you will uh see the end product afterwards uh we have some clean parts that I’ve spent some time on already and uh they’re looking pretty good got to grind away at the rust a little bit
And then uh clean it up so here we have one that’s quite gross it’s actually got a bunch of grease on it too so we’ll clean that off first and hopefully pretty clean see takes a second here and then anything that kind of remains this is sat for quite a while
Now too so keep that in mind but most of this is just grease it looks like like like that’s rust so give it a quick little grind you’ll see some of it comes up some doesn’t but the Chrome below it’s pretty good and then that rust dissolver does good work
Getting underneath the the rust see it kind of flake up and that’s what it was doing on all the other stuff too so that I’ve already cleaned this actually didn’t really get direct contact but it actually kind of sort of did to at the same time so got to grind
Away at it just a little bit give it a wipe down and you’ll see most of that rust kind of works its way out so looking pretty good was quite thick there all right our cleaned up parts we’re going to reassemble this put a little grease in there so it flips easy
Along with our uh other parts that are already cleaned up and put it on the B this all works good to flip easily too easily though backwards see if we can spin make it there we go as Well’s how nice looks looking good if you’d like more content about uh
