Jaywalking is an offence in Northern Ireland UK which is the reason that the changes made to the GB highway code were not and could not be applied to the Northern Ireland highway code.

I can never get over how long the traffic queues in central London are. Phones may deal with the boredom by taking the tube has to be faster. I can see why the congestion zone will drop the EVs-go-free feature in 2025: so many of the vehicles in the queues are electric
