To enter a french gas-station ( in this case Shell) is like entering a bakery in Norway. – and a huge difference from Germany. (Sorry my german friends, but you gotta learn how to do this) I get the best coffee since I left Norway. More French fantastic roads and nature is coming up in this episode. Ohh, and my glasses are starting to fall apart.

One late evening, a crazy thought came to me. “What if I go to Spain tomorrow morning?” Next morning I woke up early and packed my bike with tent and food for 3 days in 30 minutes. Next thing I knew, I was on my way crossing the european continent driving from Oslo Norway to Costa Blanca Spain. Acting on impuls, as usual I don´t plan much. Passport, money and helmet, and I am on my way. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France and Spain. But will my 2007 Harley Davidson Road King manage a distance of 3460 kilometers? I am travelling alone and if anything goes wrong, few people will notice!

    1. Nothing can stop him 😀
Btw coffee in Norway is so-so. Speaking about gas stations it is not terrible, but not something you would enjoy.
      Bon voyage 🙂

    2. Its a long way across France, from German to the Spanish border.

On the ride down to Paul Ricard at Castellet, I remember fresh bagettes, camembert, fresh peaches with great coffee for breakfast, heaven for the taste buds.
That motorway bagette stop, it used to be called 'On The Run', pretty good for your 'Crossing the Continent' ride.
