    Good morning everyone I am back filming immediately after I have just finished filming the last video um and I’m just about to do my hair um today I would love to talk to you I touched on it briefly in the last one about cycle sinking and I think it’s really really

    Important so yeah I thought I’d talk to you a little bit about that today and I am on bit to it’s TMI so let’s just say I am in the first week of my cycle and this channel isn’t about sort of like endometriosis this is about health however really briefly if you’re new

    Here I’ve got endometriosis and um it’s severe endometriosis with what is going on internally and I don’t tend to have really really bad symptoms in comparison to something things I’ve heard but my last week has been bad I’m just going to take my rings

    Off to do my hair um and I’ve managed to burn my skin um from my heat packs so the heat packs I I know I’m not supposed to put them onto my skin um however I have had three heat packs one on my lower back and two on my front

    Um and I could have done with one up here if I’m honest I to you might know that I was talking to like about my um like feeling it on my diaphragm and it felt like I haven’t told Adam this yet but I didn’t want to worry and I didn’t

    Think it felt like up here as well like my whole chest cavity and like my heart was tight um o big hair in my eyeball oh my gosh do I need to clean that brush yes so I’ve just had like a a bad first start to the week so remember when I’m

    Telling you like these tips and things that I found out from this particular podcast and from um what’s her her name is she the food medic I will pop her Instagram on the screen um I followed her for years and I didn’t know that she did this interview with was it with Tim

    Spectre it wasn’t with Tim Spectre it was for the Zoe um podcast the Zoe Health podcast uh which is like full of all of amazing information it was with somebody else on that podcast and oh my gosh do I wish that we had learned about these things in school

    Because we need to learn about these things in school so like I said everything I know so far has come from that podcast so I’ve written down notes that I would love to share with you um but you may pick up things that I didn’t so definitely go and give it a

    Listen uh yeah so it’s saying basically that what we eat what our bodies need the amount of sleep that we need and um our exercise output like what our body can do is all based on our cycle which like I just didn’t didn’t know that if

    I’m beforeand I know I know that I get hungrier before my my cycle a new cycle starts and I know that I crave chocolate and more fatty food who doesn’t but that’s to the far that is as much as I know so yeah so starts with um the very first start of

    The cycle obviously and apparently this is an inflammatory response for our body which lowers our immunity um and we’ve got low estrogen and progesterone so for me that lowering lowering of my immunity is not great because I am immune supressed anyway um so yeah just need for me that’s just me being mindful

    That at that time I just need to be taking it easy and um not being not getting too close to people that are sneez in basically so don’t work with young children people which is hilarious cuz young children when they cough and they sneeze they just do it in your face like mid

    Conversation which is hilarious um but if you’re somebody that doesn’t struggle with symptoms when your cycle starts then apparently this is a higher muscle building time we’ve got more a better mood and we’ve got more motivation definitely agree with the um motivation probably from like day two or

    Three not like the very start but yeah that beginning of our cycle is really really great for um yeah building that muscle so it says it’s a really good time to do that higher intensity training um because we’ve got more capabilities to build muscle was like what we do have apparently a

    Slightly lower appetite at that time of the month as well so um I would agree with that although I do sometimes still want the chocolate um my appetite isn’t as crazy as it is when when I am just before my Cycles about to start um so they’re saying what

    Our body needs is colorful fruits and vegetables I breathe that in excuse me margar is not phased are you she’s sleeping um high fiber whole grains flax seeds herbs leafy greens and they recommended hummus with lemon juice squeezed on top of it because the um vitamin C

    Um helps you to absorb the iron better absorption apparently um then into the next phrase of the cycle it says follicular fa follicular phase so our estrogen is building at this point but it’s still low um so we need to increase our fiber to eliminate that excess estrogen and we

    Can do those higher intensity workouts at that time and I haven’t got a lot of other information written on on that one so let me know if you’ve got it then when it’s ovulation it’s high estrogen and we’ve got Rising progesterone so that’s the time like when we feel great Everything feels fabulous

    Um okay I’m downstairs now William is home and has just gone for a nap um so I’m being a little bit quieter so before I edit my video wait wait wait yeah so we didn’t write a lot sort of around like ovulation time um but then the last

    Stage the Lal stage it says we’ve got Peak ISU in and progesterone hello young lady um hi and our body temperature is higher and this affects our sleep and I was like didn’t put two and two together ever it’s made me think about the type

    Of pajamas I we to bed bear with me if we’ve got higher body temperature it says that we have more like sleep irritability if we can’t sleep propy due to temperature so sometimes I’ll like put on like my big thick pajamas thinking I’ll be cozy but actually I

    Should be wearing a thinner pajama cuz I’ll sleep better um so all of that sleep irritability like also like affects our mood it says as well like we should scale back our exercise a little bit just so if you kind of like struggle with anything in the latter part of your

    Cycle scale back your exercise we’ve got more time for Recovery do yoga which helps moods at this time of the month we also have headaches tenderness um can be anger angry and more tearful all due to those Rising hormones and also sleep irritability because of the temperature increase it’s harder

    Apparently to retain water at this time and we should hydrate more do we need to then look into things like electrolytes and what is in our water to help us or what will help us to hydrate um yeah definitely something to look into and we are craving high fat high carb foods

    Chocolate and naughty Foods so it says to reach for high quality carbs fiber fruit and veg they those are my notes thought I definitely needed to share those with you because how interesting is that and definitely something that I feel like we should have been taught about in school

    Um which we weren’t we really weren’t were we let’s be honest I feel like now it’s just women educating women online I definitely definitely want to learn more about Perry manopause and um menopause as well um but yeah I just at the moment want to understand my cycle now and how I can

    Best manage my symptoms so having all of that information about water about what foods I should be eating when because my body needs this my sleep um and what type of exercises my body can cope with and when is better to build muscle amazing information on that

    Degree is it one degree or half a degree something silly that it only goes up by however just makes all the difference doesn’t it so yeah I am going to probably stay in these cloth clothes let me just see what she’s barking at s she just barks at the birds Mar no

    More quiet got put that away as well which has been delivered I accidentally didn’t change the date that Margo’s dog food was um to be delivered I don’t know if we going to fit her in the freezer I really do not know we shall try these are dump

    Yes I’m just going to continue with this oh that’s what I started saying is I’ve got Adam’s fleece on at the moment from um ABAC cromie told him he’s not allowed it back because it’s far too comfortable um but it’s obviously men’s oversized but oh it’s like fleecy inside it it’s just

    So smooth so yeah I feel like I’m always in leggings on this channel s got leggings on I’ve got Adam’s fleece a long sleeve top on underneath and I am probably probably just going to stick on a cozy Co to go out with maybe some boots or some trainers not sure and I

    Would like to I’d like to pop to Primark for some socks and for um just some some underwear if I’m honest I don’t need anything crazily big so I think that’s where we’re just going to go just to pop out the house this afternoon I know like will went ad

    Already been out this morning they’ve been to gymnastics um but that is my plan so yeah before that Adam’s getting himself ready I’ve got a naughty little sausage over there to sort out and I’m just going to put the food away and sort out the Laundry oh dear I have done it just just right um they are stacked into like every crevice so I really hope that um really hope that the freezer is okay with this lesson learned if you haven’t heard of Butternut before um they are basically freshly prepared human Quality Meat and

    Veg so um they’re really really good and margar really likes them she likes all the different flavors that you get so I would definitely recommend them if I can find there’s a Code or something then I will pop it on screen and in the description box for you um yeah

    Definitely go and go and check them out because you can um what’s it called you can adjust the the pouch sizes as well um so flavors pouch size quantity and there’s treats and things online as well that you can have a look at and they’ve

    Got an app as well um yeah and they’ll give you a recommendation of how much food like what pip size you should give them yeah so definitely worth a little look um especially if you have a fussy dog or you just want to make sure that they’re eating quality food hello

    Everyone I am back up stairs we’ve been out we are home look I’ve got loads of volume today didn’t mean for this to happen um yeah so I popped into Cardiff won’t show the undies obviously but I’ve just got some of the a three pack of the

    Seamless light colored um thongs and a three pack of the Bras don’t know if I picked up the right size like I said I’ve lost some weight and I didn’t know if that’s the right side sucks I can show you so I’ve got two pairs here of

    Uh bed socks that looks gray on there doesn’t it but it’s not it’s kind of like a deep Brown um so looking forward to putting a pair of those on tonight and these ones which are like really really soft um in similar colors again and then some crew socks didn’t know they

    Countries but I watched it when I was a child and used to love it then used to be obsessed with jet and lightning I think they were amazing so yeah we thought it was Fab when we watched it the other day so yeah when Adam’s just going to get Willam at

    1. Hi Lisa, I usually try to workout 3 times a week because I have already build that habit. However, if I am really tired on some day, I will listen to my body and just rest on that day, then pick up my workout tomorrow and such. I don't really have much craving. But if I have, I will have some just to satisfy my craving. For example, if I have a craving on cake, I will just get a slice share it with my husband. I will have maybe 1 or 2 bite of the cake just to satisfy my sweet craving because I think eating too much dairy/sweet (for me) cause my skin to breakout like crazy. Due to this, I have train my self control as well 😁. William is a vlogger in training. So cute when he say hello to the camera while holding the camera 😁.
