Well done Simon. Better than my week. I've had a cold, so had 4 days off. Oh well, it is that time of year. Don't worry too much about not getting outdoors at this time of year. It's better to stay indoor than risk an accident and the enforced rest and recuperation.

I’ve struggled to get out riding (and running)over winter due to the sh*te weather (and most of the autumn😞).
I have no turbo trainer but have lovely rollers I never use😂
