I’m rather proud of mself. In London I didn’t have a bicycle and I never excersised either (besides all the work on the plot). The good thing about this tour is that it is flat everywhere.

Oh my….everything looks so well looked after and the people seem so friendly,it looks like heaven on earth.Even the beautiful horses look in tip top condition,for a little moment l thought you might get on one 🏇 Who are all the people you are cycling with and did l see you picking up a man on your travels hahaha ls your bum not hurting you!! I did only ten miles and l was sooooo sore and l had a blister you know we're lol.l think getting around on a bike is one of the best way to see things at your own pace,very enjoyable.lm rambling now so thankyou very much for taking the time to video this page Joyce xx💕🌞
