Cycling Across Mediterranean Europe, part 10 – Albania
This is a part of our cycling trip across Mediterranean Europe from Portugal to Turkey in 2005. It’s a slideshow with some movie clips and it covers the road from Vlore through the mountains to Tepelene and from there to Gjirokaster and finally to the Greek border.
hey.just wanted to say hello to the guys who are in the video. really thanks! i mean thanks for going there in the first place and thanks for not listening to the greeks and italians lol.i mean albanian ppl are really kind and warm, but ppl sterio tipe it all the time for rubish things really,we are a small country and the poverty has taken its toll but itll get better in time. it is better then before now but its gonna be good. thanks to you and thanks to all of those watching it.
Calling others 'filthy animals' doesnt exaclty show any particular difference now does it? Lets try and help other understand so they dont resort to such attacks. Lets work to beak old stereotypes. Kill them with kindness.
Anyway, Yamabushi, Im glad you enjoyed our country. Ive long wanted to do something like what you did. I really hope soon. Im actually thinking of a round the Balkans kind of trip.
