First time riding the CCXL – The Central Cyclocross League. This was round 8 at Milton Keynes – The Bowl.
First muddy Cyclocross race of the season for me, it was a flat tight and twisty course.
As I’ve not raced in this league before so I was gridded at the back. I had to work my through the field, I then had a battle to get into third place. The final few laps I was right behind 1st and 2nd but couldn’t get past.
Really pleased with my 3rd place finished
It was great racing with some different racers this week, thanks for making me feel welcome and having a chat with me too.
