Snooker for you. Just off our social area through this door here we have our laundry room. Washer and dryers are all named. Dryer one, washer one, two, three, four, five. Our laundry all works through an app called wash station. Download the app onto your phone. And back into the social area.
Social communal area where students meet to have a chat, relax, where we have our events. On this side we’ve got two study rooms. This is study room one. These are free to use at your convenience. This is study room two. Good morning. Hope you’re all okay. So gym area. Morning ladies.
Morning. And then off the gym we have our spa area. We have a sauna. Some lockers for you to use. Changing room. Steam room. Rain shower. And at the end of the spa some nice hot beds. Walking back through the spa. Okay. I’m now going to show you a studio room.
Yes, the spa is included in your price that you pay per week for the accommodation and the gym. It’s all included in the price. To our left here we have a stairwell. And we’re going to go up in the lift. Just bear with me when I’m in the lift.

Studions are named after themes. We are the fairground. All through the building you access with your key card into your areas. So this is studio 412. Scan your card. Enter the room. This is a studio. Okay. So when you enter your rooms you use your key card put into the card reader.
That brings your electricity on. If you’d like to cook or use kettle you need to press this button that allows the electric to come on. So as you can see oven which is also a microwave. We provide you with cups and plates, saucepans, kettle, toaster and a rice cooker.
Okay. A nice double bed. Blind provided. All your bedding, so your quilt and your pillows, they’re all provided by studien. Recliner chair. In the living room you have a little bit of a mirror. Inside your wardrobe you are provided with an iron, ironing board, ironing board, coat hangers.
On the desk we have a pin board so you can pin and then one, two white boards for you to put any revision on. This is the bathroom. Shower. It is a double shower. Also in the shower we do provide a washing line that pulls out to the other side.

So once every two weeks, you have the same day. They will, housekeepers will come in. They’ll change your bedding, polish and hoover the room and clean your bathroom. Sliding doors on the wardrobe. As you can see again, iron, ironing board, coat hangers.
Oh, and we also have a wash bag for you to take any laundry down to the laundrette. In here, we have a hairdryer. We have a hairdryer. The TV is a smart TV. So you can download your Netflix, Amazon Prime, whatever you like to watch.
You can also link your laptop and mobile phone to it. There’s your radiator. Okay, with the apartment, it’s a shared kitchen. So I’ll show you the kitchen. Remember to take your card out. This is the shared kitchen for that room. So this is the room. So this suite shares five people.
I’ll just show you. So one, two, three, four, five. So five rooms on this suite. We also do suites that do eight rooms. Do eight people sharing and ten people sharing. Nice big TV and a PlayStation 5. We provide that for you. So every apartment has its own cupboard.
So one, two, three, four, five. So we looked at joist number five. So you scan your card to open your cupboard. Every room has their own fridge, freezer, pots and pans, utilities. Okay, only you and myself can access this cupboard. So I’ll just show you again. Wait for the green light. Open.
And that’s yours. Yes, five people for this kitchen. I will show you a bigger kitchen, which has got more people sharing. Show you a bigger kitchen. So it’s touch. So this is the kitchen. And this is the living room. And this is the kitchen. So this is where I live.

We are on Triumph Road, but at both sides of Triumph Road are both main roads into the city centre, which is just a five minute journey on the bus. That’s all right. Anything you want to know about availability or prices for rooms? Your agent has all the information for you.
We have four floors, but then five if you include ground. So there’s ground one, two, three, four. We have 32 shared kitchens. So there’s 273 bedrooms. Yes, we have a laundry room. It’s located in the social area. Of course I can. I’ll take you down. Thank you. You too.
So again, touch to exit, card to enter. Take the stairs will be good. As you can see, going with the fairground theme. Lots of fairground pictures and stuff. So we’re now back to the ground floor. This is our social area. And just as a social area, just here is your laundry.
So this is our laundry room, washers and dryers. All our washers and dryers are operated through an app that you download onto your phone. Once you’ve downloaded it onto your phone, you then have a choice of cycles to pick from for the washers and the dryers.
The prices range between one pound fifty and two pound fifty for a wash and from a pound to one pound fifty on the dryers. You do have to provide your own soap as well. So again, the washers are ranging from one pound fifty to two pound fifty, depending on which cycle you choose.
And the dryers from one pound to one pound fifty. OK. You can you have the option to reserve washers and dryers on your app as well. These are our study rooms. Yes, you can open the windows in your room.
They have a restrictor on to keep everybody safe, but yes, you can open them and close them. Gym area. So these study rooms are free to be used at any time. You can also reserve them if you want to do a study group or an activity with your friends.
Just let us know at the desk and we’ll reserve them for you. Good morning. The gym is included in your price. Lots of different gym equipment for you to use. Then off the gym area, we have our spa. The spa is also included in the price. No extra cost. Sauna.
Have lockers for you to use if you prefer to get changed in the spa. Changing room. Steam room. Rain shower. Hotbeds. The studios are very popular. So the gym and the spa, there’s no extra cost. It’s all included in your price. Back out to the gym area. And that’s the social area.
