    Jamie I was always had a smile on his face he was um life and soul of every party as they say um was a tal of football he was a fireman that we’re all proud of um you know he’s like an older brother to a lot of Us He he was he’s very much like an older brother certainly to me from 16 17 we started playing football playing against him quite a lot and he just kind of he was always there take you under his wing and just make you feel one of the boys really it’s difficult certainly in

    Mates he would have been training hard he would have enjoyed the ban and stuff like that so that’s kind of like what what happened throughout the training program as well it kind of brought it all closer together so to Speak Sharing sharing stories with c after win the marathon in 2019 Ro done numerous Marathon so just preparing time sharing stories tell me how going to feel about that really really helped you know he really did he was kind of go to for a lot of time tw9 because he been there

    First thing um taking taking baby steps as well setting yourself little goals at first and and then moving on uh making your goals a little bit bigger but also knowing that it’s okay it is okay not to be okay and it’s okay if you have a

    Setback if you do have a bad day that’s fine you don’t beat yourself up about it you get up the next day and and you try again
