Ggs, I was able to 0 cycle with E6 Jingliu using pela still plus a sustain. I just pulled e1 ruan Mei and my luck was garbage so I havent tried her yet but she’s fully built. From my limited testing she’s being outperformed by pela on the first cycle(from pelas 20% def down technique). I’m still grinding enough pulls to get her sig, I hope I get it by the end of this patch(using s5 motp for now)
