A little about myself:
New to my channel? Well, I’m an average recreational cyclist that recently moved from America to Girona, Catalunya, Spain. The Tour De France 2023, The Vuelta España 2023 and The Tour of Catalunya will all be held here in Spain! Sometimes I race and when I do, I share my training with you along the way. So far, I’ve done crit racing, road racing and gravel racing. I haven’t done a duathlon or a triathlon yet, but it is something I am thinking about!
So far in Spain, I’ve seen DSM cycling, SD Worx, Team Jayco Alula, Rally / Human Powered Health cycling, Ineos, Arkea cycling, UAE team emirates and more all training here. Did you know there’s also a GCN studio here?!

Have you used Tip 2 before?
Yup more and more appreciating your videos
I don't race but these are very good tips regardless. Merry Christmas if you celebrate, I hope the holidays in Spain treat you well.
I'm a simple man. Goal is to win a cat 4 race (at 47 years old.) I'll just keep training until I can ride away from the pack in the last 20 minutes :P.
❤ good, original video – props man 👊🏽
Not a racer but enjoying your videos. Happy holidays from Tokyo.
My other tip would be to try and enjoy it, for most of us it’s just something we do for fun!
I’ve entered races that don’t match my strengths for the training benefit. But in the UK we probably don’t have to travel as far to get to races.
Nice video.
Enhancing my race knowledge has definitely been the area where I have spent the least amount of time. Thanks for these gems!
Good video very Interesting. Just a quick question which is the best way to understand which type profil of cyclist we are !
Advice Save time for out of the bike fitness and exercises.( core exercises, flexibility and leg strength and overall strength.) 99% of amateur riders spend 100% of their available training time on the bike. Big mistake….
