I must have left this tyre sat unused for about 4 or 5 months. The Stans tubeless sealant I put in the tyre has completely solidified.

I’ve seen tubeless sealant go a bit gloopy and separate out, but I’ve never seen it solidify completely like it has done here!

    1. I get one or two punctures a year riding 3500 miles a year which probably takes up ten minutes per year to change inner tubes. All the set up time, constant topping up and mess with tubeless doesn't seem worth it. I totally get it for wider tyres and proper hardcore gravel or mountain biking, but for road riding I don't get it.

    2. Tubes all day here. Don't need the mess or the faff or the stuff jizzing allover me or my bike of my riding buddies when you puncture.

    3. I did my MTB a while ago and it was very similar. Depends on brands of cause. It sucks and imagine the extra weight you build up if you keep topping up every few months as per recommendations. I won't use it in road tyres I'll stick to my latex tubes

    4. 1 year on ridenow tpu’s! I order like 10 of them and only had 1 flat because of a massive pothole that threw me over my bars. The elite wheels also survived that crash
