Porsche driver should have been referred to a higher court to permit a higher fine and longer disqualification. The fine and disqualification is relatively light for someone who can afford such a projectile.
I thought that doing 162 mph would attract a prison sentence… Perhaps they sent him to the wrong court. A driver in North Yorkshire got bird for doing a lot less than that.
They all needed tougher sentences. That one driver should have been banned for life, as they put so many lives in danger. Have a great day my friend ❤️🙂⚘️🚔.
I thought for years that speeds in excess of 100 MPH on any motorway carried an automatic 12 month ban. Even that is not long enough.
