    1. Entertaining video, a bit low on the photography front for my liking but that's the way a lot of my YT faves are going. Question: do you always take photos at f/9?

    2. Your exhaust issue reminds me why I always have a Holts exhaust bandage, some exhaust paste and some spare exhaust clamps in my spares kit. Obviously having packed it in every car since 1984 I have only had to use it once! But that one time it really saved the day. Long trips, older vehicle and no spares equals potential for a less than fun time.

    3. love the 1st bubble shot and the mosquito shot as well. didnt expect the zoom lens would get that close from the vlog perspective haha, curious to see how much "bokeh" or lack of depth of field if you did not use f7 for that shot. Totally understand that f7 is needed and very sharpe, but just curious if one bubble would be isolated while the others are blurred out as well could be cool

    4. Thank you Thomas, I've really enjoyed the story of your trip. I'm envious of the big road trip as I’ve only ever done rental car trips. I just need a camper van! And I love a ferry ride.
I love the moody images you tend to seek out. They are right up my street. For me they encapsulate that beautiful ugly mad island. Even on the crappiest days, there’s always something. I once drove from Hofn to Seydisfjordur and back in the pouring rain as I had nothing better to do. I was rewarded with an incredible late afternoon conditions at Stokksnes as I made my way back to the hotel. You just never know what’s going to happen!
The image you took on Vik beach reminds me of one I took a few years back whilst I happened to be talking to Peter Snow off the TV, who happened along.

    5. Love that road from Seydisfjordor. I was there in June. I'm still missing Iceland. I intend on going back in the summer of
2024. Your photographs are amazing. Thanks for the amazing video

    6. Great video, what an epic trip with your own faithful van!! Also respectful greetings to your lady for letting you go on such adventures! The photography community appreciates that!
