    1. Tadej this year must win a TDF if he wants to be considered the best overall. I get the monuments and other calssics but TDF should be a priority for him and his team.

    2. I don't see Pogacar beat Vingegaard to be honest. Jonas is just a lot stronger, both in the time trials and in the high mountains. If I would be teammanager of UAE I would send Tadej to the Giro and Vuelta. The Olympics are no goal for him since he will not win the ITT and the road race does not suit him.

He could go for a win in the Giro/Vuelta combination, and with the World Champions in Zürich he does find a real nice parcours that suits him. I do know that the Worlds are Roglic second biggest goal for this season, besides the Tour of course. With both Roglic and Pogacar Slovenia could have the team to beat at the Worlds this season.

    3. The reality is they have all these heavy hitters signed on and future mega stars. Its still a Tadej show.

Ayuso was the next big thing.

UAE seems to just choke the future talent, there is no actual team plan as such.

They merely employ these guys to prevent the other teams from employing them.

Its such a nightmare when u see Ayuso tied into such long term contracts, i recon given the chance he would leave for Ineos or Trek.
