  1. I think some women can produce a bit of extra estrogen through diet and lifestyle but don't think it helps long term. Eventually overies will go caput.

  2. Is there a such thing as a progesterone patch? I was put on low dose aspirin to prevent blood clots after artery surgery. My gyn is concerned that I may have increased risk of clotting if I go on hrt. I’m 55 and it’s been about six months since I had a period so I guess I’m still in peri, at this age (why? Ugh). Anyway I hope you see this because I’d love your opinion.

  3. Hi Dr Haver. I’ve just started HRT Combi Patch. My stomach is bloated and my lower abdomen feels inflamed. What are the early symptoms of HRT ? Do these subside as your body adjusts? Could you please do a talk on this. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and expertise on Menopause.

  4. Such good timing i was literally concerned last week when I got a heavy period after about 6 months without any periods etc (in Perimenopause) I kind of knew it couldn’t be reversing but the mind went there as I’ve been doing your diet and improving my health routines the last month or so

  5. I’m getting my protein in …. However a lot of my protein intake us from collagen protein… is that an ok source of protein to get my daily protein intake.. I read somewhere on the Internet, but it was not, it was really just good for my skin and connective tissues, not really helping me. Keep my muscles?

    Collagen protein is awesome it just dissolves in water, you don’t even know you’re consuming it, all the other protein taste like hammered cardboard.

  6. My doctor in Canada said that my testosterin level of 22 is too high. Do we have different measurements here? So confused by those numbers, please clarify! Thank you!

  7. The biggest thing we women need to do in the US is ensure the ERA is made law. Additionally, men must be educated about the female reproductive system & female peri-menopause & menopause starting in middle school sex Ed and more education in high school & college.

  8. Can you address using estradiol cream on your face and neck? How to? It's it safe?

    I'm on vaginal estradiol cream but they won't give me HRT yet. My OB tells me my hormones are "normal" how can they be normal when I need vaginal estrogen?

  9. I'm 53 years I have vertigo. Dizziness. Fainting spell. Weakness in legs anxiety. Brain fog. My breast are tender. Ringer in ears every day Anger .nausea. blood work. Mri.xray test came normal. High cholesterol. High blood pressure. Diabetes. Please help

  10. Your diet has to do with the way your body acts as you get older. When one ovulates if your fallopian tubes are clogged due to your diet of many years then the doctors call it MENOPAUSE.
