    1. I used to race a lot on the road, now, a couple of decades on.. I do Zwift races and am looking forward to my next one but.. This idea of it being fun.. I don't really understand, am I missing something, it's kind of just suffering. I do it so there must be something in it and I do love it, but it's not a simple love. Do you have any insights?

    2. Not so bad at all in my view, for a first circuit race. Much if not all the ability to sprint depends on what kind of muscle fibers mother nature has granted you: short red fiber is for power burts, long white ones for sustained endurance. Training can always improve the weak side of your performance, but genetic rules overall.

    3. Hills? This was a team points race so It’s all about segment times – Fastest Through Segment and First Across the Line and unless your with the fast front bunch it’s not really possible to score any segment points which are the most valuable. Everyone gets finishing points relative to their position.

    4. I finished this race too. It was very very brutal. Finished 7th. To get FAL and FTS you need to be in the front of the race because you have the most draft and speed. On your own it is too difficult.

In my humble opion you lost the race in the beginning because you lost the front of the race. Especially for a B-cat race the 5-6 W/Kg is nothing for these kind of segments. Maybe there is a difference between a male/female competition.

The most important thing is that you had fun (with your team).
