    1. Great to see GCN go to Waterford. The Copper Coast and Mahon Falls used to be my regular weekend cycle when I lived there. It really is cycling heaven.

    2. The camera could be a bit brighter. My dad was one of Ireland’s best cyclists in his day. Worked for Shay Elliot, named me after his brother Paul, and was in the same team as Sean Kelly. He was an animal on the bike and even made it into the papers a couple of times, our house is full of old cycling trophies and it was a tough world in the 60s and 70s. He was asked to join the Olympic team but was turned off by the doping. There’s a lot great spins to be had in Ireland, would be great to see Conor do some more.

    3. I want to cycle around Ireland. Who is interested in coming with me? Maybe we can change the plan like go from North to South? I do not know when madness of the pandemic will end…..

    4. I have family living in Carrick on Suir and as soon as this COVID goes away and I can travel to Ireland from Australia, this is the ride I will be doing. I have ridden some of Conor’s route and I look forward to doing this ride. I will try to start and finish it in Carrick. Keep up the good work Conor👍

    5. Conor's love for cycling and this beautiful scenery make this a gorgeous ride and make me want to partake of the same ride. Thank you Conor for taking me along with you.

    6. Absolutely loved this video. Great format. So personal but yet so informative. Definitely on my bucket list to bikepack Ireland.

    7. I like how excited you are about the area, the WIcklow mountains are are my "back yard" if you not done so I hope you do Glendalough Sally gap Lough Tay loop video some time

    8. Best GCN episode I've seen. Local rural training at its best – knowing your own way, knowing where the people aren't, knowing where the views are, and the good eating. Green every which way, a good distance, and some climbs, but not a killer end to end. Love it.

    9. Currently in lockdown in Malaysia and not able to go out on the bike. This has me yearning for a long ride. Thanks for a fabulous video GCN

    10. Super loop Conor, thank you very much for sharing it with us.
Have you moved back to the u.k?
I absolutely love your bike, the fact I'm Irish and have an Orbea myself may make me a bit bias. 😂😂

    11. Thank you for that Conor. I hope that poor man found some peace in them mountains also. Doesn't matter our backgrounds we are all Irish men our country is the world and every man and woman are our brothers and sisters.

    12. Great vid Conor. The route practically passes right by my door in Portlaw. The Tower is a regular walking route for us. Never brought the bike there though 🙂 A great reminder what great routes are available on my doorstep – when we get the weather 🙂 The Greenway is just awesome when you want a nice long but easy ride with no traffic. That descent down the Comeragh can be hairy though with the lose gravel 🙂 And the Copper Coast when the sun is out is as good as anywhere in the world. Bring on the summer months.
Recording this on your own is a serious amount of work – going ahead placing camera, coming back and cycling past the camera and having to go back to get the camera – and the many other little frustrating aspects that occur when recording on your own. Well done on an excellent job. I really appreciate the time taken to do this and show off what amazing routes are available around here.
I must correct you on one point though – the best Fish and Chips is in Dunmore at the East Pier 🙂

    13. Im so happy to see Conor in his natural place. Im not too far from here, have lived in Co.Clare most my life and Ireland truely has to be one of the most amazing places to have as your home for cycling. The roads arent always amazing quality or size and the mountains arent the largest but the scenery is magical and the roads are a lot tougher than they look. I still love it all and always will!
