During this leg of our cycle across Europe we cycled through France and Switzerland. We had some serious issues. We encountered mysterious rashes, numerous drone crashes and thunder storms.

I found Sudacreme works great on rashes or any bug bits. Bought it at a pharmacy in Budapest, after getting eaten by mosquitoes, over 60 bites, on a bike tour.

9:30 ish seconds in. The way the hips are rocking up and down suggests the saddle is slightly too high which could be the cause of his back pain?
Ex farm worker here. Highly unlikely to be spraying pesticides but the water probably wouldn't be the cleanest.

What shoes and pedals do you guys use for touring?
I'm trying to decide what to get for my bike for a trip through France….currently it has stock "bear trap" style metal flat pedals. I'm thinking I need some kind of clipless set up.
When you edit your videos turn the music off when your talking. I'm trying to listen to what your saying mate. Great videos 👌
