Our bikepacking journey continues as we bike along the EuroVelo 5 towards Namur and Dinant, one of the most beautiful towns we’ve seen in Belgium. We wake up extremely sore and tired the next day and face some nasty weather. Then we bike through the beautiful Ardennes hill range.

About us: We are Liz and Alex, a married couple that makes outdoor adventure and travel videos. We strongly believe that dreams are meant to be pursued, and we hope to motivate others to get outside their comfort zones and do the same. We are full-time nomads and divide up our time between traveling abroad and the other part of the time in our self converted van all the while fitting in loads of outdoor-based adventure along the way! Our goal is to show you amazing places and inspire you to get outside your comfort zone and pursue your dreams…whatever they may be.

    1. Everything’s so beautiful! And gotta love the industrial robot at 7:54 🤖 ❤ I feel ya on the rice cakes — can’t do gluten either. 😞 I’ve heard some people tolerate it better outside the US because they don’t allow the horrendous pesticides we use on wheat here – have you felt any difference? For a long time I baked bread with organic King Arthur flours and could eat more, maybe every other day.

    2. Can’t imagine all the planning involved in this trip. Reminds us of a younger more adventurous Rick steves in Europe episode. We can’t fathom the saddle sore that must be setting in! Looking forward to the next leg of the journey !
