Our last day cycling in the South of France. This is truly a Mecca for cyclists. We’ll be back soon, if you’re in the area, check out Le Barroux and get drunk with the locals.

    1. While you were uploading this video I was riding the wave of finding my cycling fitness again: "I feel great! I feel terrible! I feel great! I feel terrible! I feel really terrible!" Now I will enjoy your video with my post-ride baked potato and eggs 😀

    2. Good French series, riding Le Cingles de Ventoux in June – 3 ascents on tarmac 137km 4400m of up, it's a great mountain and have been fortunate to ride it previously on a couple of occasions, thought this might be a good way to mark turning 50!

    3. I've been off my bike for a month repairing ribs and a broken collarbone – got shoved off my bike by a car passenger. Your vids are reminding me why I'm zwifting through the pain everyday to keep my fitness for the summer! Thanks man. Looked like an amazing trip.

    4. Very difficult under ketosis to fuel up quickly enough for successive hard rides. Even then endurance is predominantly fat metabolism (slower), and is really only favoured for steady-state sub lactate threshold effort (triathlon etc) Sean may find this interesting….a greater protein intake may help store more glycogen reserves. https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fphys.2018.00279/full?utm_source=F-AAE&utm_medium=EMLF&utm_campaign=MRK_601279_65_Physio_20180412_arts_A

    5. Francis, any insights into what you ate to recover from your rides in France? You said multiple time that France wasn’t the country suited to vegans

    6. Hi Francis this was awesome and I want to go there as well. Loved the series and thank you for sharing it with us. FYI I have just purchased my Giant Defy pro 0 which I have modified; it now has SRAM etap😀.

    7. i like this video. wish you guys will make more video about cycling paradise series in EU. i think it might be a good topic.
thanks your videos, i love it.
maybe Francis can come to ASIA and make some video.XDD

    8. Damn Francis, i'm sitting at the office, working, watching this and i'm so jealous. I do ride on a cycling paradise island, but still jealous. This was great.

    9. Im convinced South France would be my ultimate retirement place. Is urban commuting on bike good? I need to live with sunshine. Learned living up North is wrecking me.
