There is a big difference between government and beaurocracy. The Government is based on paperwork, the beaurocracy is based on departmental units. But in between both we have privatised wars and rumors of wars out of the ' war department '. This is a double headed snake in over compartmentalized departments, and enterprising enterprises of the money changers obviously in my opinion. Unregulated free agency.
Ukraine has lost 1.1million troops already. They started the war at 45 million, and half the country left before they could get drafted. Of the 22 million left, 2.2 million will be available to fight, and once they loose that, the country will collapse and the war is lost. When any country loses 10% of it's population, it's done on the battlefield.
It appears the Biden Administration is setting the stage for abandonment of Ukraine to make it easier for America and Ukrainian citizens to swallow their disgusting, despicable actions. 😮

The Western powers were really never interested in Ukraine. After some harsh doses of reality, they do want to decapitate Putin and his Kleptocracy.
