    1. Always enjoy and look forward to your videos…thank you! How about a compilation of 70's Italian manufactured 4 stroke twins? Laverda SF, Benelli/Motobi 650s, Moto Guzzi and Ducati 500? Just a thought.

    2. More beautiful old bikes to admire. Living in the States… I've never heard of most of these, but awesome never the less. Ride safe everyone. Cheers

    3. You may have already dealt with it but my favorite of all these 500 cc singles is the Matchless G 80 CS. It would be much appreciated. Thanks for this excellent video.

    4. No Matchless G50 or G80? The bike that could out handle a Manx Norton? Shame on you. Everyone seems to forget about Matchless, such a shame…

    5. Current forced induction technology would enable a single to make 200hp, or even 300hp with water injection. What a wild dream that was for a youngster 50 years ago! Today I am very happy with my 373cc 20.8hp single.

    6. Personally I would have featured the Rudge Special as this was a bike ahead of its time and based upon a racing machine.
Having said that, the choices you made are excellent.

    7. My Dad had a brand new 350 Ariel in the late 40's and by all accounts it was rubbish. Always wondered what model it could have been. Can you shed any light on this? Thanks.

    8. Thanks for sharing. A lot of the bikes shown in your videos, are the stuff I grew up with. My dream (never fulfilled) was an A10 Super Rocket dressed as was the fashion of the 60's . The so called "cafe racer" ! IMHO the "Goldie" was to high geared for an everyday bike. Your vids are always a pleasure to watch, so thanks again; Ride free, ride safe !

    9. A Fantastic selection of Classic British Singles. No list is complete without a Velocette. The Venom & Thruxton are Legendary Motorcycles. Dated looks maybe and old fashioned Chassis design but by No means inferior to any Goldie or Inter. And Velos are known for their Superb Build Quality and Engineering. ❤ 👍

    10. Takes me back. I had a Venom Clubman in the '60s. A bit of a pig to start, but otherwise a decent bike. I saw one for sale a while back and was briefly tempted, but modern bikes are just too much easier to use and safer, particularly from the braking point of view, so I'll stick to my 1290SAS which is also kinder for my 75 year old back.
