Bansko is beautiful in summer and besides great Mountainbiking trails, it’s also good for road biking. There are a couple of nice routes with little highlights on the way. This one has a hot spring in the forest near Eleshnitsa. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time for it and it’s not in the video but you should check it out.
Even without Hot spring, the route is really nice and scenic and the best thing about it, is that it feels almost a bit like this optical illusion with the stairs going always down. There is a short climb shortly before Eleshnitsa and on the last part from Banya to Bansko it’s slightly ascending. But the rest is pure fun where you can keep up a nice speed.
