Take your indoor cycling to the next level and bike the world at your own speed:
Dive into an immersive indoor cycling experience with our training app ’Open Road’ for PC. The app lets you take control of the speed of our cycling videos and provides a much better indoor cycling experience than with YouTube. It is compatible with all ANT+ cycling devices including smart trainers, power meters, and speed sensors. Athletes with spinning and exercise bikes without ANT+ compatibility can control the speed manually and enjoy riding with all the important cycling data displayed during the training session.

    About Galdhøpiggvegen
Galdhøpiggvegen is Northern Europe’s highest road. But besides being the highest road, it is also known as one of Europe’s toughest climbs. But there is more than pain to this ride. From the road, you can see some of the highest mountains in northern Europe and the ending is spectacular. The ride starts down in the valley. The first 4 kilometers / 2.5 miles is in the forest. But then the landscape opens up with extraordinary views. As it opens up, you get a small break from the uphill riding. A break you will need because the next segment is a leg-breaker with double-digit gradients. The road is so steep sometimes it looks like one is riding straight into the sky. After this segment, a plateau offers another well-deserved break. On the last climb, you can see a paraglider taking off after 10 kilometers / 6.2 miles. After finishing the last climb, you get to a bumpy road from where you can enjoy the views of the mountains, the glaciers, and a beautiful lake full of ice. The ride ends at Galdhøpiggen Summer Ski Centre.

    Just add music:
Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is awesome. But when it comes to music opinions are very mixed. This is why we recommend adding your favorite music to the ride. It is quite simple. Mute YouTube and open a browser window. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, YouTube, etc…) and pick the music you like, and enjoy the ride… The original sound of the ride has been left out. This is because the natural sound of the surroundings is drowned by noise from passing cars, vibrations from the road, wind, and the rider’s breathing.

    1. I'm relatively new to indoor cycling. Thank you for allowing me to ride along. I find the motorists in Norway to be the most courteous that I've seen on my numerous travels with you experienced cyclists. Beautiful country.
