The director was nothing but polite & professional. Well done that guy. The overall guy though is a complete banger. Couldn't string a sentence together without swearing and hadn't a clue what he was talking about. Not a great advert for the company.
The MD is correct with the smoking outside when using chemicals. It's probably banned onsite. Foe instance hospital's don't allow smoking on their grounds but you also have to have a space allocated for smoking which I think needs to be a minimum 30 feet from any building.
