    1. My biggest take away from this is that somebody is always listening. Coach, you cracked a joke about women’s haircuts. I kid you not the next interrupting advert that popped up on my YouTube almost instantly was for a women’s salon! Wasted on me I have no hair 😂

    2. Really good one! Incredible the price of new bikes in the last few years. A nice shiny new bike can certainly provide some motivation. Eventually when that wears off, which it will, it will come back to good habits and self motivation. I find it’s a cycle. There are times I really really enjoy the process and there are times I have to find the motivation. I have found having an organized plan over 2 or 3 months at a time helps. I take satisfaction from sticking to the plan and doing what I set out to do.

    3. Great video with some top content Scott! Learnt a lot about how to progress z5 sessions here and like most I start too high wattage on longer reps and don’t complete all blocks
