Welcome to this introduction to the Developer Training for Sage CRM. It is the first of 18 lessons covering all aspects of customizing and developing Sage CRM.
We will look at the product inside out and cover just about everything from the internal structures to some of the secrets of how Sage CRM understands the world and how its architecture and design work through to the APIs.
We will look at everything that makes Sage CRM such a powerful development hub tool, as well as a fantastic general-purpose CRM product.
Although this series of courses is all aimed at developers, we expect anyone working in supporting customers and carrying out implementations will also benefit.
