I feel like Quitero did an illegal move twice in that keirin final. Like the commentators said he was boxed in, he was below the black line with Lavreysen above it but he pushed up twice. That also meant Lavreysen had to take an even longer route and could not get around him. But just like going to the bottom when someone is there I believe it is also not allowed to go up when someone is there, right?
