Uber and Lyft is going to get a major dicking with prop 22 in CA they are supposed to give us 32 cents a mile. But they never do. They claim because we make over 120% over minimum wage we don’t get it. It doesn’t say that in the legislation they are just doing what they want. Plus the pax pays prop 22 money and only 20% of drivers get it in some form and they have no accounting where the 80% of the money collected goes.

❤This morning, I accepted a reservation ride from San Marcos. The fare was around $50.00 Uber Green at 0600. I showed up at 0530. I waited until 0600. Ms. Mary did not show. I canceled the ride and contacted Uber support! India answered with a new policy, stating that I was not eligible for a cancelation fee! OK, no more reservations for me in San Diego on Uber Green! These apps are wasting our TIME, GAS, and energy on "nature hikes" without being properly compensated! I believe "fake reservations" are happening in MY market BEFORE next WEEK! My market in San Diego, will get busy next week!
So now the Uber is starting to sign us out of the app after you decline a certain amount of rides. They must be getting tired of us declining all of these shitty trips. If they really want us to take these people where they need to go they better start paying up. 😢😂

The Uber Pet trick you told us about, Uber eliminated it😅😅 once you go through a surge and change it to Uber pet it automatically takes the surgery way and takes it from your phone but once you click back on the tears uberX etc it brings the surge back 😂😂😂

Any SUV from General Motors with a 3.6 V6 will eventually be trouble. Chevy Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Buick Enclave have this engine, Cadillac too. The most common major issue on this engine is timing chains, when it happens, you either replace the engine or repair it. To repair that, you would need to drop the engine and transmission with the subframe, if you don't have the tools needed to do it yourself, you could be looking at a four-digit bill from a shop. On the earlier models, the transmission could give off a whine when accelerating, which will need attention real quick, I've seen this happen above 140,000 miles. I don't say this to scare those of you who have these vehicles, its to pass the info to you.
About CVTs, the weekest point is acceleration from a dead stop. If you constantly hammer the gas pedal from a stop, the transmission won't last, specially Nissan transmissions. If you want to extend the life of a Nissan transmission, you would need to service it every 20,000 to 30,000 miles. Check the oil, if you see metal shards in the oil, then…. new car or soon replace the transmission, no one in my area repairs CVTs, they replace them, start fresh. Toyota fixed that issue by putting a 1st gear before it goes into CVT, this way the 1st gear takes care of acceleration from a stop and keeps the efficiency of a CVT.
