Crafting A Bombproof Bikepacking Setup | Sour Pasta Party Bike Build

For this ultimate ASMR bike build, we joined our friends over at Sour Bikes in Germany to bring one of its Pasta Party XC frames to life. This build was specifically designed by Tailfin team member James as a tough-as-hell bikepacking rig. He worked with Sour to balance sturdiness and weight to create something to handle even the most gruelling of off-road trips. The bike was unveiled and shown at this year’s Bespoked 2023, in Dresden.

With a ‘chef’s choice’ paint scheme and some tasty components, this one has turned out to be a real head-turner and contender for the best, dependable all-terrain bikepacking setup.
