    1. I'm intrigued to find out if you feel 'better' or fresher for training without having a drink at night, or do you not really notice the difference. I'll share a bottle of vino most nights over dinner and can't be sure if it slows me down on the next day's training or not. As an ageing athlete myself (soon 62) I like to relax and enjoy the evening, stay healthy and be able to train consistently. What do you think Phil?
