    1. These stories are so awesome… thanks for sharing Chris and Megan! 👊👍🙏👍👊 So loved how you thanked all your teammates near the end there too. p.s. bizarrely I get that pop thing in the back of my knee sometimes, but never when I was competing elite level (thankfully!) (not cycling)

    2. I wasn't going to watch this when I saw how long it was. But I was sitting on the Chesterfield drinking coffee by the fire, thinking "what else have I got to do"? Boy I'm glad I did watch, because I watched the Vuelta that year and remembered your unlikely but fantastic victory. Hearing all the nitty gritty about your knee operation and recovery, especially with Megans contributions and support during the race made it very entertaining. I watch all your shows on Youtube and now understand your reaction to the Jumbo Visma fiasco during this year's Vuelta. It's nice to see the underdog win and be vindicated when the naysayers are harping on…..

    3. If it was not addressed elsewhere and I missed it, it would be awsome (and humorous) to hear what the team did once they found you all were eating McDonald's every day

    4. Incredible talk. Chris i have one question. How wide were those handlebars during your 2013 Vuelta win ? Was it really 46 ? Thanks, cheers 🙂

    5. Chris makes cycling deeply engaging. I was training to break 2:30 in the marathon when I injured my him. I took up cycling and found my true love in sports — cycling. I began riding with a local team every Sunday and would get dropped 30 miles from home along with the other Freds. In a year I could keep up with the best and it was so satisfying. By using my head I could keep up with the younger guys. I want to get on my bike. Age 80.

    6. That was awesome Chris, I have to say I was really excited watching that race in real time, having followed your career for years, it gave me a lot of enjoyment. Thanks!
