    1. I thoroughly enjoy your work and videos. They are very helpful and educational for alternative exercises. Thank you very much. Your recent video on the egg-shaped muscle in front of the hip was an answer to a problem I've had for the last couple of years. It was brilliant 👏

    2. I'm a permanent wheelchair user who was wondering only this morning how on earth I could exercise my core – as if by magic along came your video! Thx.

    3. Thanks. It gave me a few ideas on how to adapt your examples further on how to get some core exercise with my arm in a sling following dislocating my shoulder. Obviously I couldn't do the aeroplane thing etc., but I could work to the spirit of your examples and use my core from a seated position.

    4. Thanks Will, tried the exercises while you were demonstrating, i feeling a burn in the abs. I promise to try those steps regularly.

    5. I have your book and find it a great reference book. I have followed your videos for a long time as a subscriber (I'm in my 70's) and find them the most clear and informative on You Tube. I do lots of the exercises on a regular basis and always find benefit from them. Much gratitude to you.

    6. Thank you Will, I enjoy your work and your delivery, clear and concise. Love these exercises as I cannot lay down on my back due to having debilitating vertigo BPPV! It’s blighted my life for 5yrs and I have been left to manage the symptoms, even though an epley manoeuvre would recalibrate my balance. My life is unrecognisable; I’m housebound, I don’t go out alone, and I don’t drive anymore, because of the vertigo .. yet I used to be very active and a walker, with a good fitness level. Thank you.

    7. Those exercises kicked in the endorphins and I felt great afterwards! My right leg was easy to lift and I copied your motions, but my left leg was difficult to lift even half the distance off the floor.

    8. These are fantastic! To those who have not yet subscribed yet watch, even here or there – please do. That will affect the algorithm and help Mr. Harlow's videos reach more people who need this information 😊❤.

    9. I'm going to try these exercises. The first one looks best for me as I have a t10 compression fracture. Just wondering, if you have time to reply, how to breath when pulling in the belly button,. Should I be breathing in or out. Thanks so much for the great videos

    10. I don’t see these wonderful exercises just for older people. If you’re chained to a desk all day at work, you’re going to get a huge benefit from doing these throughout the day. 🙏

    11. I found you a few weeks ago. I have your book “Thriving Beyond Fifty” I’ve been looking on YouTube for months to exercise at home. I have subscribed, and I have a few videos that are saved on my profile of YouTube. I have learned so much from you. I stop going to the chiropractor or to the doctor. I don’t do well in a gym, so I needed some thing for home. I have been working on myself for about three months, and I lost the weight.
Now I need to get stronger, and build muscle.
      Thank you,
      Please keep making videos.
      Linda

    12. I was looking at one of your videos, I cannot sit up from a lying position, how can I improve this situation. I don’t have enough core strength, I think gerry

    13. Just found you Will and after a quick skim through your vids. I'm well impressed! In particular with this vid as my tummy needs the work. 👍🏾
