Pull the tube, and check for a hole then patch if needed. Reinstall and see what it looks like.
Typically, sidewall damage means a ruined tire, but if it’s minor you’re probably okay. But with high pressure tires, eventually the damage will grow and you’ll risk a failure at speed.
If you don’t want to get a new tire now, you could also place a boot between the tube and the damage. A small, thin piece of plastic with no sharp edges, or an extra tire patch should keep you rolling for a bit.
