Bremen, definitely Bremen. It's a federal state since 2nd WW2 that served the US a sea port to Germany. The home of Beck's beer. And feels like the Baltimore of Germany because of all the drugs and homelessness. It's a city with character, a true melting pot of the new Germany, working class people, young people and refugees living together.
