    1. Nice Fondo Mike very well done, enjoy your day, i guess you missed the yee haa's in your ears.
120 kgs whoa i thought i was heavy at 76kgs😂

    2. That ending 🤣
Well I reckon those numbers are very impressive – 18.9mph over 62 miles? That's pretty good going in my book!

      Great stuff Mike!

    3. I often wonder how different my cycling would have been if I had have started before losing weight instead of after it. I feel like my legs would have been stronger just from carrying myself about. I was 125kg before sleeve surgery and 70kg after it when I started cycling on my 50th birthday, but the rapid weight loss also lost a great deal of muscle and I felt weak for about a year. Even though I have been training for a couple of years past that now I still don't feel like I am as strong as I used to be (might be in my head though, I never tested myself pre surgery). At least my power to weight would be similar I guess.

I look at your power numbers and whimper, Mike. I am still working towards doing my first 100km ride, lol.

    4. What saddle do you use? As a fellow cyclist at large, the physics bearing down on my sit bones becomes a real discomfort on long distances. I've done saddle fittings, but still haven't found one that works well after long distances – and I mean discomfort that distracts from everything else kinda discomfort! I currently actually use a leather Brooks saddle which is the most comfortable but it boats in the middle which can cause numbness as a side effect. Sorry for the graphic details, but it is something I'm guessing us heavy cyclists all deal with.

    5. You might be a larger fella, but you'd knock spots off some of the 40 yr old round my way. You're a machine 💪 fantastic effort 👍
