Russian police is carrying refugees to Finnish border, either by cars or busses, where the refugees are then given or sold a bicycle, kids model – to an adult, quite transparent aggression from Russian government.
Who loses more? Naive refugees of course, that are forced to stay in no-mans-land because they cannot return to Russia while Finnish border is closed, and winter is coming (-2 to -30c temperatures). In addition, Russia's truck transit stops, and that is the biggest point here.
