Wait so they actually allowed "Toni" talking to a lawyer who said "i cant represent you, but will get you representation" so right away its conflict of interest and the lawyer can not use what she said to help his client, even if hes not her lawyer he just vrbally commited to it being a "conflict of interest" and then used that conflict against her, thats def a violation, and would be overturned with any decent attorney, and anything gained from it would fall under "fruit of the poisonous tree", so if the family see this make sure to bring that up, because thats a brady violation if used agonst her also breaking at keast 3 laws and the constitution. I mean thats just straight up illegal. That means nothing to the case because it cant ne used if ahe goes to court and if it was,, then she will most definitely get off on appeal if she can afford the right lawyer or even taie a plea of "time served", but honestly if i was her, she obviously is guilty, so hire a lawyer on a contingency if tjey can get that statement to that kody kids lawyer thrown out then what reaal evidence do they have, which could result in a not guilty verdict and then sue the state.
