The biker at the roundabout was not signaling so it was his fault. But as a biker it is always the other persons fault.

If you're ever riding on a road you've never been on. Follow the speed limit EXACTLY on all the turns, and slow down a good distance before any turn. Thinking like this WILL save you from a potential crash
