    1. the food intake part is the worst thing you can do or even suggest, yes being lighter will make it easier but do it right and slowly burn off fat over time, crash diets damage your organs and decreases muscle mass.

    2. I don’t know what you’re talking about. I always find uphill to be the easiest part of riding…..and I always get of the chair lift with loads of energy for the fun downhill part 😁

    3. Not sure if I would only eat oats and water but I will say once I build up all my muscle in the winter while eating meat I will go vegan for certain periods in the summer. I loose about 10 pounds and my endurance becomes godlike.

    4. I am glad that they did not shy away from doping. This is a cool channel. I love bikes – one of the greatest inventions while at the same time being green and healthy.

    5. My husband in the background as I'm watching this yelling, "I told you it was a good idea to move you to a three story house in the mountains." He is super proud of himself now.

    6. Agree with all, yet a big gain surely also comes from the amount of (intense) training hours they are able to put in while still staying healthy?

    7. Thank you for the video. One comment though. When you show “Doping” please show everyone and not just Lance Armstrong because everyone was doping and still doping today with less detectable substances. Thank you 😊

    8. Oh you honestly believe theres no doping im cycling? Hahahaha 🤣😂 thats fucking funny!!!! Only thing thats changed is the ability to hid it better. I am one of those riders who can truck, gluten for pain. The thing about being of this type of rider, is we know riders who are not as sustained. Which is over half the peleton. But some how they are keeping up without a struggle in their face. Thats dope my friends.
