    1. Spurs fans shouldn't be worried, they've never really been a big club so they shouldn't have any pressure especially against the top 5

    2. It's new manager bounce, United had it with ole and everyone gets delirious with a few good results, it's the spirit of Tottenham after all

    3. I love when people say whens the episode coming out, maybe listen to the first 30 secs he clearly says the episode comes out at 10am tuesday

    4. Spurs were riding high with their luck for the start of the season and then in an instant their luck did a complete 180 like I've never seen before. They were pretty healthy and firing on all cylinders and then Chelsea comes around and that game probably couldn't have gone any worse outside the actual football being played. Romero being out and Mickey and Maddison getting long term injuries is disastrous for Spurs. I think they could've weathered the storm if say just one got hurt but losing those 3 key players at the same time would cripple any team let alone a team just at the start of their rebuild. I don't think anyone who knows ball expected Spurs to win the league so I don't think anyone should be "worried" per se but more so willing to know that until the new year their season is going to be a struggle. As a neutral I'm still excited for Spurs and I am intrigued to see how Ange deals with the mounting pressure of where they are currently. Can Ange keep their top 4 hopes alive or will he crumble and finish outside the top 6? I believe he can do the former but it'll be very entertaining to see.

    5. Spurs never had the quality. Moreno getting red cards what a shock. Maddison getting injured what a shock. That brings in the old crap like Dier and Winks ๐Ÿ—‘

    6. If you listen to Anges post match it doesnโ€™t sound like his instructions for his team was to see out a win at wolves. In fact he was clearly upset at the players for not playing his way. Itโ€™s clear that the legacy players are taking time to unlearn the mourinho/conte way

    7. To be fair I didn't hear a single Tottenham fan claiming they would win the league, just happy with how quickly they turned the form around and looking like they actually wanted to win etc. It was only the classic 'media' saying they would win it after 8 games.

    8. The whole point about teams training to sit deep when your team goes a man down is presuming massively that Ange has ever, ever drilled a low block into this squad. Heโ€™s repeatedly said that they will always play with this high press, high energy football, so why would he completely undermine his own philosophy by training his boys how to sit deep, lose all possession and absorb heaps of pressure.

Itโ€™s the antithesis of his gameplan. Idk why you can utterly praise a manager doing great things for weeks and weeks, then a couple injuries and suspensions later, itโ€™s all Angeโ€™s fault for trying to play the same way with second string players?

Squad depth has always been an issue looking at this season. Ideally spurs can limp to January, snag a few signings and go again

    9. The high line vs Chelsea feels like a farce of an argument for Spurs.
With 9 men Spurs were clearly in the game playing that way for about 60 minutes and conceded a single goal with 9 men (not including ET). People are working under the assumption that they would have conceded none with a low block, but what if they had done that and lumped 5. People would criticize them for not even trying.

If those two goals in ET don't go in then nobody says a word, and it's right that they tried squeezing and pushing at that gamestate. No point sitting back at 2-1 down in extra time, so why not.

    10. Not only is the team getting used to playing Ange's way. Mr 'its just who we are, mate' is also getting schooled in what the Prem is like to manage. It is relentless, any team from top to bottom can beat you. So it will be interesting to see how he manages the upcoming games.

    11. After the Wolves result, it will be interesting to see if Ange changes anything. Spurs will be playing my team Villa a match between the Highline and the Higher Line ๐Ÿ˜…

Can you imagine what the heat map will look like, all on the half-way line ๐Ÿ˜†

Joking aside, it will be interesting to see what each Manager's approach will be as Emery does adjust his tactics to the team we are playing while still keeping to the essence of his philosophy of playing.

    12. It is a rebuilding phase! So, while the start was amazing, I think most fans understand that its a process and will take time.
Having said that, they should be up and running by the third year

    13. I remember that Barnsley Liverpool match. Barnsley were absolutely amazing, the ref sent 2 of their players off for soft tackles. So refs have always been shit.

    14. Angela has no plan B and will be gone before his contract expires. He's too naive for the premier League and if he believes his way is the only way then he is wrong. Just like Ardiles was.

    15. Couple of points: As if this lad calls Chelsea 'dark horses' after spending a billion in 2 seasons ๐Ÿ˜‚

"This was always the worry with Spurs" – lads, if any team lost 4 of their key/ top players, they'd be struggling.
