Bringing the 2023 FIM trial season to a close, Spain and Great Britain were the big winners at this year’s Trial des Nations in Auron, France. High up in the French Alps, Spain’s three-man team of Toni Bou (Montesa), Jaime Busto (GASGAS), and Gabriel Marcelli (Montesa) secured the victory everyone was expecting. Rising to the occasion, France edged ahead of Italy to secure the runner-up position, ensuring a strong home result. In the Women’s division it was Great Britain’s Emma Bristow (Sherco), Alice Minta (Scorpa), and Kaytlyn Adshead (TRRS) who topped the results, placing just four marks ahead of Spain with Norway third.

  1. As a 40 years Trial practitioner with no race on my life, but always training for much technique, I think is scandalous that women's zones are so easy… nearly something I could do without any race experience.

    There is a multimensional gap with men zones… I can't understand…

Trial is not powerlifting… where big body is relevant, is much a matter of technique…
