  1. Thank you! I've been riding like that since I got my sport bike, and couldn't figure out why I was so sore, and hands going numb. But after watching this, it has helped a lot! Mega kudoz!

  2. To be fair, there is no comfortable riding position on super sports and Motorsports. No matter what there will be pressure on the wrist

  3. Sitting up with straight-ish arms is ok and doesn't mean the weight is on your hands. You can be sitting however you want and have 0% weight on your hands and be 100% supported by your core. In fact, sitting up puts less weight on your wrist and lower back because the wind is helping to hold you up, taking some pressure off of your core. You obviously shouldn't do it in the twisties but it's fine for just cruising down the highway.

  4. When you drop your elbows, should I have the levers To be more like an extension of my arm and wrists? I think I sit up too much but crack my elbows and my levers are positioned more at an angle to go inline with my arm and wrists in that position.

  5. I advise not to slide your wrist back like that, it makes it hard to steer. Watch how people in motogp and isle of man tt place their wrists. Ever since I changed my wrist position I got so much faster

  6. Thank you, straight to the point.
I am new to sport bikes, my hands are hurting, and didn't know what I was doing wrong.
Now I know, and I will ride more aware, and I'll keep practicing.

  7. The challenge I see with light hands is, my back is not at resting position and itโ€™s bent without any support, it starts aching fast, when we lock the hands, the back stays a little straight and no pain in back but pain in wrist, what am I doing wrong?

  8. Every video of yours is gold and straight to the point Sir. As a rookie, I am truly loving it and learning from you. Thank you so kindly

  9. I just purchased my first sports bike and today is the second day when my wrist hurt and I realised something might be wrong with the way I'm positioning myself. This was exactly the case. Thank you for being so crisp.

  10. Thanks for the info Sir!
I always wondered why my wrists and lower back would hurt after being on a bike for an extended time.
Straight to the point instruction, a nice mix of street smart and book smart advice rolled into one.

  11. He is correct and wrong at the same time the position heโ€™s talking about straight back it is effective when going through traffic and changing direction to avoid vehicles. Itโ€™s called an attention position, but he is correct. You cannot put weight on your arms. You must keep the weight on the saddle And the other position heโ€™s talking about when you are hunched in is for track or riding ๐Ÿ˜…
