This is shocking behaviour by a people who really should know better, who should not bully and try to belittle someone going about their job. Our servicemen deserve respect and admiration, if these deplorable visitors can't give them that then they should be removed from the area. Shame on them.

I don't much care how people's culture dictates their attire. But I'm fed up with people whining and complaining and then being a–holes to other people. You want respect and acceptance? Give them.
I was at London zoo in September one afternoon with my young family. This community was everywhere 100+ strong and the kids were just out of control. I kept looking at some of the parents like – you gonna have a word with ur kids but the group as a whole had a child like demeanour.
no manners, courtesy or respect for other families or people around them it was really awkward day out for my family as adults pushed in front of small kids to see the animals zoo.

You might see these people being disrespectful all the time, but that doesn't mean they are all disrespectful.
If you believe a whole group of people are bad (excluding criminal gangs or terroists), you have selection bias, which means you only see videos and hear stories of a group being disrespectful, but you don't see videos and hear stories of that group being pleasant and respectful.
That isn't because that group aren't pleasant and respectful, it's because no one is going to tell a story or film someone being respectful and upload it, and if they did, no one would care to watch or hear it.
It's hard to admit that you can be affected by biases, but if you can admit it, you can work on fixing them and become better for it.
On another note, what they did might not even be that bad. If you listen to the police officer talking to them, he is say that the guard shouted at them because they got to close to him and that the guards have to do it all the time. Meaning, the police might not be telling them off, just reassuring them.
People really are stupid and show no respect. These are members of the military who train countless hours for their job. This specialty unit involves addition time and training. You can see the horse is well trained for the job too. And the Guard's kit is very well polished and the uniform is well kept.
